We have been in business for 22 years — 12 years as Fabrication Specialists and 10 years as Fab-Spec, Inc. We are in Level Cross, NC, just minutes from I-73/74 (old Hwy 220) in a 10,500 sq ft building. We were certified in 1999 by WBENC as a woman-owned business and by North Carolina as a small business. We fabricate plastics and metals to customer specification; we produce specialty racks for a wide range of businesses, from battery hoppers and tire bead carts to automotive shipping racks. We have produced for Mercedes Benz, BMW, Deere-Hitachi, Gilbarco, Continental Tire, Goodyear Tire, DuPont, Collins and Aikman, Trane, Drive Automotive, and PPG Industries. We also continue to produce our doff hooks, dog bones and straight sticks for the carpet extrusion industry.
